Secretary of Health and Social Services, Assemblyman Claudia Groome-Duke, delivers an early New Years gift to Mr Rupert King of Backhill Trace, Whim Tobago.
Mr King, who recently suffered a stroke, received a brand new wheel chair from the Division of Health and Social Services. An elated King said that he was grateful for the donation which will solve his mobility issues.
Ms Ethlyn John, Administrator of the Division of Health and Social Services, was also on hand for the presentation.
